The South Tongu District Assembly successfully concluded a two-day Next Generation Leadership Training workshop on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at the District Assembly Hall in Sogakope. Organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs and the Institute of Local Government Studies, the nationwide initiative brought together Assembly Members, district administrators, and local governance stakeholders. The program focused on enhancing leadership capabilities, legal and regulatory frameworks, community mobilization, and local resource management to drive effective decentralized governance and service delivery across the district.
