The South Tongu District Assembly has disbursed funds to Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty (LEAP) beneficiaries at Agbakope in the South Tongu District. The District Social Welfare Officer led the exercise with support from other stakeholders. LEAP is one of government’s social intervention programme aimed at reducing poverty among the vulnerable.
