The Human Resource Management department of the South Tongu District Assembly has organized a staff durbar on 16th July, 2021 at the Assembly’s hall. The purpose of the durbar was to provide updates on staff welfare issues, to receive grievances and complains from staff and to provide staff with the opportunity to socialize. Management of the Assembly used the opportunity to share information on the Assembly’s activities, programmes and projects and urged all heads of departments to ensure productive work at their departments and units. The forum gave staff the opportunity to voice their grievances and seek clarity on some welfare issues.
