The South Tongu District Assembly organized its third quarter 2020 Town Hall Meeting at Larve, in the Larve Area Council of the District. The aim was to interact with the various stakeholders at the Area Council level and also create a platform for them to ask questions on development issues and utilization of Assembly resources.

The District Chief Executive, Hon. Emmanuel L. Agama in his speech highlighted on the incredible achievements the South Tongu District Assembly has made since he assumed power.

He presented to the people the highlights of programmes, projects and activities as well as policy decisions that the Assembly was implementing for sustainable development through a broader and effective consensus building with the public.

There were presentations by various Heads of Departments of the Assembly on composite budget, revenue mobilization, education, health, development projects, permits acquisition, sanitation, accountability, infrastructure, and Agriculture.

Hon. Emmanuel Louis Agama called on all stakeholders to support the Assembly in order to fulfil its set development agenda.
