This forms part of their routine environmental health inspection aimed at ensuring safe and hygienic meat for the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The team began their inspection by meticulously examining the facility. They inspected the slaughter area, the floors and walls, the drainage systems and waste materials area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The District Environmental Health Analyst (DEHA) inspected the employee\u2019s personal hygienic and their adherence to proper meat handling. DEHA stressed the importance of maintaining a clean and safe environment in the slaughter house, He emphasized the potential risks associated with unsanitary conditions and the impact it could have on public health.
